With his wife, Toni, Randy is busy with four children who love to play soccer and bowl competitively.

Prior to starting his insurance career with American Republic, Bob served his country as a soldier and police officer. Married over 35 years, Bob and his wife have 9 grandchildren and divide their time between Florida and Indiana.

Dawn lies about being 5' (not even close) and is a great agent in her own right, with years of field experience in P&C, Medicare and Life. She is the mother of two kids and spends her free time at soccer and volleyball games.

Finance Danita Gordon has been with GM for over 20 years and has grown her division to over 25 staff members. Reputedly the most calm and easy going of all the Gordon's, Danita's team does a great job of getting agents paid correctly and on time. She and her husband, Frank, have three children and a collection of pet snakes.

Senior Department Manager Erin Hawkins is a wealth of knowledge about the Medicare market and the two dozen products GM represents. She tirelessly studies the Senior Market and is our secret weapon in the ever-changing world of compliance. Erin serves as our assistant compliance officer. She is a licensed and active insurance agent in her own right and the mother of one son.

Contracting Manager Contracting Manager for the past 4 years, prior to which Lisa was a national marketer. Her knowledge of the marketing side, made our contracting process much more efficient. Lisa will celebrate 20 years with GM in 2017. Lisa and her husband, Rich, have two children.

Creative Design Director, IT Manager A resident of Fishers, Indiana, with over 25 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Director, Jeff is known for having a passion for illustration and design. For 23 years Jeff was a Graphic Designer & Illustrator for Paws, Inc. the Garfield cartoon studio in Muncie, Indiana.

Executive Assistant to Sylvia Gordon Kym is our Executive Assistant and serves as liaison between board members, agents, clients, carriers, management, and staff at all levels. A licensed agent working in the industry for over three decades, she knows the business from all sides. Kym has three grown children, who have thus far blessed her with choosing wonderful partners as well as one awesome grandson, three grand dogs, and two grand cats.
